Move Story Mode Primals out of Low Level Roulette Please

I don't think Totorak, Tam-Tara are that good sources of exp though, and that's what I get most of the time doing duty roulette.

In my experience, Low Level Roulette is only good for the daily bonus. When I want to use low level duties to gain experience, I just click multiple duties in the Dungeon list (e.g. my ninja is Level 33 so I queue Brayflox and Haukke).
