Satasha Final Boss

Just did Satasha HM first time. Much easier than these forums made it out to be... Rolled through first 2 bosses, Last boss didn't take long. Just killed arms, Avoided tentacles and Spanked that Kraken. Please don't make it easier, If you find it hard then you and your party needs to practice/work a little harder.

It's already easy... learn to read. I am asking for his HP to be reduced because his HP is needlessly high. making the fight long and boring.

I swear to God, half the forums need to go back to school and learn to read.

Uh it's definitely possible to heal all the dots. I do it all the time and so has every other healer in my FC. Prey can be passed but there is no point. DPS not being stunned will kill the boss faster and Tail Screw can never kill you unless the dot isn't healed so might as well have the tank eat the stun.

There are times where the boss hits all three with slime at once while continuing to DPS the tank with impale (in his hastened state). You will not remove all the dots, bring all players back to full life and keep tank alive before he targets his victim with tail swipe.... Your best option as healer (while keeping the tank alive is to guess who will be selected for tail swipe and dispell theirs first otherwise you will be reviving a fallen ally.

I can confirm you can pass Prey. I regularly take it off my tank, or if tanking, pass it to one of my DPS who can't stun. The idea is to ensure that someone, tank or DPS can stun the next incoming Tail Screw. And it IS possible to remove all the slime debuffs, especially if the above method is used. Not easy, no, but totally doable.

And yes, the Kraken's HP is a little much.

How do you pass prey along? And are you PC or Ps3/4? I'd like to know for the next time I tank this as my strat was to time my stun before Prey took hold of me in moments I see where the healer is in need of a few moments to heal team remove effects etc, and it worked alot.

Haha lol ikr, ppl ignore the whole topic of boss has too much hp for tht kind of instance/ difficulty and instead talk about learn to play, what they did to beat the boss, how easy it is lol
It still baffles me!! Kinda like how ppl still use your for you're a dumbass.

But yea when i first ran the dungeon i thought things were tuned quite well till we fought kraken. His damage output wasn't bad, pretty weak imo. But his hp was like a fate boss that has been killed over and over again by horde of ninjas ( hp and stats increase due to previous completion i think ). I was like zzzzzz lol, we even managed to build LB2 twice in 1 fight.

I guess I must be dreaming in literally every run I do of Sastasha since I get rid of Slime on all 3 members without issue every time. There is no reason to bring people back to full hp that aren't the tank, letting the Fairy or Regen handle them will suffice. The tail attack brings them down to a low % but can never kill them unless your healer is slow and can't get rid of everyone's' Slime debuff. The boss getting Haste and hitting the tank harder has nothing to do with being able to deal with it.

My bad, I skimmed through both your post and others and assumed you were moaning about it being tough. With that said.... Didn't notice the fight being super long or him having to much HP... So... Can't say its a problem for me.

Maybe because a ton of people have been saying that it is tough (Different threads & Forums), we assumed it was just another person moaning about making it easier? I stand corrected in this case :P

Have somebody else run into you, it'll pass the debuff along. Meaning usually a DPS needs to run directly into you when they see Prey to transfer the condition to themselves.

I'm going to be a little mean (in a funny way) if only to make a valid point: The Prey/target passing thing was something I learned WAY back in Lost City and Brayflox HM, while most were too busy trying to speed run it. I didn't learn it right away, no, but from the first time I fought it, I was studying the entire fight. If I can do it, anyone can

People asked to fight the head after the last patch, and they finally got it. Just with a nice buff, should have been titled "Enraged Kraken".
