    So what you're saying is, based on this:

    The party withdrawing gave him THREE. STRIKES. AT. ONCE.? You do realize...he had to have previous strikes on his own for one more to basically lock him out, right? So the way you're arguing is that the party withdrawing that one time gave him ALL OF THE STRIKES NEEDED TO GET A TEMP LOCKOUT.

    It doesn't work that way and people against this really seem to be forgetting details. It's one of two things:

    1. The person got penalized as they should.
    2. There's a bug that they choose not to report.

    Which is it?

    no, i'm saying that even if the party withdrawing gave him one strike, he does not deserve that strike as he was not the one to either hit withdraw or time out. Doesn't matter if he gets two more strikes after that one, that was one strike too many.
