    I don't think you need to use a macro, isn't there a button in the general section of actions and traits for you to drag to a hotbar?

    If not, you can use "/armourychest" in a macro according to http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest.../text_command/

    There's no general command to open the gear set list. And opening the armoury chest also doesn't open the gear set list.
