Shadowstalker having completely the wrong effect in English? It boosts your SA pot to 500, has nothing to do with move speed. Dancing Edge also has no positional requirements.

For comparison, Chaos Thrust is 500 potency on a 30 second CD (based on clipping). Furthermore, you're never going to use SA at 50 anyway, because TA is straight better.

On a 1 minute CD that requires a ninjutsu to use mid-combat, on top of the part about trick attack being better. SA @ 50 would be for soloing only.

I'm an animal science nerd, so no help here.

Sabotenders (the name for Cactaur in the original Japanese translation), in FFXIV lore, are a close relative to the Cactaur. Whereas Cactaur are usually more rigid and stationary, Sabotenders are usually taller, smoother, and move around without a care. AFAIK, female sabotenders have a flower atop their heads whereas male sabotenders do not.

In real life, cacti can take on two or, as kidvideo put it, three genders.

You wouldn't even solo with it. If the enemy is going to last 10 seconds, TA is better, full stop.
