Vote Kick needs to be Removed from DF

ive seen first timers bein kicked purely for asking what the tactics were for a boss... hows that fair to him ??

And I've seen AFK, offline, and generally someone harassing the party being kicked. How is that fair to the rest of the party to keep that person in the group?

You cannot make a single system that will benefit both points and have absolutely no way to abuse. In both cases, it is a community problem.

I disagree. To many times I've ran into a tank that doesn't know how to tank and refused to take kindly advice. Times like these it's better to just vote kick so that you have the option to actually leave if you can't find a replacement, or are unable to finish.

OP was saying to MAKE the lockout 24hrs...not that it was.. In any case the OP is still wrong. It sucks to get vote kicked when you think you did nothing wrong but that is why there's no lockout if you're vote kicked. You can queue right up again. Not so good for a DPS that is looking at a long queue again, but that isn't a problem with the vote kick system, that's a problem with the community largely preferring to DPS. If they DID remove vote kick btw they'd likely put the autokick back in for a DCed character. It was only removed because they implemented Vote Kick.

If you saw that was because you also vote yes to kick him.

The Vote kick System needs to be removed from the DF system it is currently being misused in every way this system as of now does more harm then it does good. Also the Withdraw from duty needs to be further refined if u withdraw more then 3 times you are locked out of all instances for 24 hours watch how fast this problem goes away.

Misused in every way? It is rarely misused and if it is it should be reported. So much overreaction. 24 hours for withdraw penalty? That is a complete joke, please elaborate on this "problem" that is such a big deal.

That's not necessarily true. In a 4 man party only 2 people need to vote yes to have a person kicked. The 3rd could vote no and the kick will still go through.

I think you need simple majority for the vote to go on.

Yeah its a majority vote on if a person gets kicked or not.
The person who is getting kicked doesn't get to vote on whether they stay or not, so you only need 2 out of the 3 people allowed to vote to say yes and they are kicked.
