    I think your problem is your cell operator who doesn't allow modem-like use of your cell phone.

    This isn't an issue with his carrier...since all he has to do is open the launcher on wifi then switch to his cellular and it works fine. Almost seems like the cell phone is blocking a port the launcher needs.
