How will you gear your healer in 2.4?

I went ahead and looked up the stats for the dreadwyrm and ironworks sets. Lotsa piety and spell speed overall.

What do you plan on doing? I am a white mage, so I personally prefer determination over spell speed. I'll be grabbing as much of that as I can.

I won't be doing any coil and too far behind main story to do Shiva. Right now I'm spamming ST to get Sands of Time (1 per day is my aim. Yesterday it took 8 runs).

Ultimately I want full Daystar gear plus one Ironworks Ring, then cap Poetics until the weapon could be made outside of coil (2.45?).

Almost identical to my current setup, which has 411 base piety with 311 determination. With that setup I linked it will have slightly more determination, and 3 less piety. My main goal is to keep 5K mana and as much determination as I can muster. But mind you I keep track of the SCH buff and Food buffs for my total amount of mana, since 408 piety would not in fact get me 5K mana alone.

My group is on the first turn of Final Coil, still learning it, but my WHM is geared out completely from the previous Coil.

The healer itemisation this tier is absolutely horrible imho. A measly two DET/PIE pieces in the entire tier and vast amounts of spell speed everywhere you look. The fact that typical SCH BiS builds have twice the amount of SS as DET shows that something went wrong with the stat allocation this time round.

On the flip side, the large boost in weapon damage will sooth the pain even if the secondary stats are 50% trash <3
