Mudra's seem sluggish?

I have noticed some inconsistency with the speed of mudra activation. More precisely, the delay between each mudra is shorter or longer sometimes.

I'm not sure if it's a latency issue, or if it's a bug. Anyone else noticed this?

Yes, but its hard to tell if its just me being slow or if its taking that tiny bit longer to start the animation, but I have definitely noticed it seem slower now and then. On the other hand I have also at times done it so fast the Mudra displays the wrong ninjutsu and will start the incorrect animation to only cancel itself.
