Thanks a lot for posting that, someone else commented a while back they'd seen an NPC mention one of the moons was steadily getting bigger.. I never found out whether it was true or not but I do find that kind of stuff really interesting!

The NPC in question is I'nairoh in Wineport. This happens during the sidequest "Moonstruck".

Yes, I am indeed following this closely.

On a related note, you may be on the money about him being at least related to Urianger - Ronan is wearing a belt with keys what I don't think I've seen on anyone else other than our elusive prophet.
