ya thats part of my "blah blah blah" but good call. Also worth mentioning: If you get a Good condition during the Innovation or Ingenuity II phase, it's probably best to slam Byergot's Blessing rather than proceed with Innovation and/or Ingenuity II. The raw 50% quality improvement is more than you get from either buff, and probably more than you get from both.
Hmm this is completely different then my rotation. I've been using:
Inner Quiet 2- Summons a comfy pillow to capture screams.
Steady Hand 3 - Places hands on desk.
Manipulation 3 - Raises buttocks in air.
You need 448 craft to do Pbpx3 -> INGII->CSx3 for completion
3 books down 5 more to go when I have the spare time between raids. I'll work a rotation out and post it, though it's not hard it's more people overlooking things right in front of them
honestly, im using tthe same rotation for 2.2 3 stars and its working fine for me. if i had 15 more cp then i had a new rotation set up, but it wont work without it. can only meld 3 cp on new offhand, and if u can meld more on the new gear, u gotta hit the 4 star requirement to make it anyways, at which point you wont need to make the turn ins anymore. kinda backwards imo but w/e. only thing i changed was subbed 2 cs2 for rapid synth. and reclaiming like a monster if i get bad rng
All 3 new items you gain like 9 more control than fully melded other pieces
Just so people know, this is way way way harder then actually HQing the 4 stars with all NQ mats.
44 tries (reclaim under 10 stacks), 0 HQ, my best shot was a 58%.... RNG progression is no fun.
