Good thing we aren't playing a realistic game. Whatever would those mages do?Because I'm too lazy to copy and paste and I know reading is hard for some people.
With the exception of the Fire Emblem and the Saber armor someone posted as reference the rest of the "request" for sexy & feminine lady armors are stupid and realistically unsafe.
Boob curvature built into your armor is still sexualizing in purpose. It's been proven to be impractical and is primarily drawn by artists for two reasons - because they still want tits to ogle while still calling their character "reasonably armored" or because they genuinely don't understand how armor works and draw it form-fitting with the underlying female anatomy they produce.
S-E, please don't sexualize female armor that isn't also sexualized for males. Please definitely don't sexualize iconic jobs that have no sexual connotation to begin with. Differences in silhouette are fine, skintight boobwear is not. This isn't a request for 'perfectly realistic' armor, just a consistency in tone and treatment between male and female characters that's been present and mostly kept intact since the game came out.
Also seriously, I know your artists are into midriff which is why the DRG bellyhole exists for women and not men.

video games are bad

Hey make a point without insulting others in the community. You're not special. You're not right. You have an opinion.Because I'm too lazy to copy and paste and I know reading is hard for some people.

Yup, seems practical

Okay seriously, I don't get this crap at all, it's like all the prudes(pardon my language but someone will get offended anyways so whatever) who have issues with "sexism" migrate all to this game, yet still don't understand the point of options. I don't get the point of practical or impractical in the same damn world where Bahamut and Ifrit is around. Where Primals in general should be able to kill you just by grabbing you and squeezing, damn the armor. I find it SO HILARIOUS how people care about practicality when Mages don't even WEAR armor and there's no in-game explanation why. Hell, when people scream about practicality when every other cutscene in the MULTIVERSE OF THE SERIES, armor would actually hamper far more than help.
This is an fantasy series people, reality has no place in it, stop talking about practicality as if it's a thing.

Yeap practical for sure. I don't see any arrows in the uncovered parts or am i missing those? Oddly enough the 300 took on an entire army dressed this way and only lost due to a traitor in their ranks. Get over it it's a fantasy game and as such one can bend the rules a bit for fun.

You didn't actually read my post past the first line or two did you?
God, it's almost like I wrote about artistic purpose being the key issue rather than practicality or something, and someone took that as me being anti-sex and a prude. Honey, I wear the Coliseum set when I feel like it as much as you do and don't have a single problem with it.

I just wish we had better options than man-gear (noct lorica for example) or stripper (coliseum gear). There are other games with made to fit armor that look good. I think the DRG AF gear is splendid, but for that exposed belly. =_=
I kind of wonder how many against the too-much-exposed-skin look are women irl. I am. I want to look bad-ass, not like a hooker (or like a freight train either >< )

Did and my post still counts for that. You are still talking about don't make outfits because not practical and "sexist" and "not artistic"...which you later on basically fall flat on your ass as you deny the artists any right to be CREATIVE. Being "consistent" should not be a goal, it should be an OPTION. They can make sexy armor, they can make unisex armor, they can make ridiculous bikini armor, just give people OPTIONS! By saying you don't want this but still act you want something else, you might as well tell them "Don't make jack ever"
