So I contacted SE because the purchase button is still on a loop and I can't buy fantasia. As mentioned before, as I click the purchase button, it takes me to SE account management main page, and by clicking anything related to FFXIV back to Mogstation and so on.

Sounds like she was just uninformed. I hate to say try back again, but sometimes you can have better luck with a different rep.
