That's why I rarely use my SCH, it's impossible to punish the bad DPS. At least with WHM I can go "Well if you're going to volunteer yourself to take that damage, I will volunteer myself to not heal you." When I'm on SCH it's all "Well if you're going to volunteer yourself to take that damage, I will.....DAMMIT LILY, STOP HEALING HIM! HE NEEDS TO BE PUNISHED!"

I once decided to be evil, especially during the whole light farming business where DPS refused to get behind pillars for Garuda. I macroed all my spells to have Eos spam heal on the tank, regardless if I was attacking Garuda or healing the tank. Example:

Off topic a bit, but I think I'm going to main WHM this patch - this will be my first time maining a healer in ARR. (Kinda sucks too because I got my BRD Nexus not long ago)

The que times for anything is going to be outright retarded in 2.4...same with PF, at least on my server. EVERYONE is going to be a Ninja or a Rogue and I just cannot find it in me to continue to main a DPS job, when I know that I am going to suffer for choosing to do so. I remember seeing this on launch, when everyone was either a SCH/SMN or ACN and everyone complained ingame or on the forums about the long que times. I remember lol'ing at the time because I was getting instant que's for going tank or healer. Screw 30+ min que times, no thank you.

Side note: I think it would have been better if they released multiple jobs at once - so people aren't rushing to one role, all at once.
