I was very disappointed that there wasn't loot for Greg, Leviabeetus, and Ramuh. I'm expecting Ultros and Shiva to carry similar loot rewards.

I wonder what battle music will play during the Ultros fight. Would love if "Decisive Battle" (boss music in FF6, I think) is played.

In the trailer it is the music which played. So probably.

Didn't actually notice this the first time, but now that I've rewatched it it does look like a 4man encounter - PLD/DRG/MNK/WHM in the preview. I guess that's another way to remedy the queue time a bit.

They don't HAVE to drop the Best in slot loot, or any level 120+ gear whatsoever (even though it would be nice for variety and to gear alt classes/jobs).

However, I don't see the reason why Gilgamesh or the new Ultros/Typhoon (Chupon?) fight couldn't drop either (a) Glamour gear, (b) minions OR (c) housing furniture.

You know, the fights wouldn't be any less fun due to some small thing dropping...

At least those fights would have a small purpose other then light farming and people would run it a few times.
(Which ppl will most likely not want to do because 5 or 6 minutes is considered "too long" for nexus light farming. Most ppl want to beat Garuda HM 500 times in 3 minutes per run and some will stop farming lights if garuda doesnt have bonus)

Well there is a Ultros minion in the patch, it could drop from the fight, although I am betting it is a quest reward.
