When you get a job, buy an house or stuff with a contract, you should read it. when you play a game with ToS, you should read them. period.

If you read what I typed I am clearly referencing ToS and license agreements as a whole. He was arguing that everyone should always read them which is absurd. Of course you could read this one in a shorter amount of time, but that doesn't defeat the fact that one does not simply just read a license agreement. You all want to acknowledge the rules but you don't want to acknowledge reality and human behavior.
