    I want to pay you and re-subscribe but it is proving very difficult.

    It was difficult enough for me just to reach the payment screen, however, whenever I enter my credit card information there is an error and some message in another language..

    The error reads: ERROR (-24202)

    Can anyone shed some light on this situation..

    How did you buy the game? I see reports of people with the same error if they used Click and Buy.
    Most people I know bought a hard copy and input the game code into their Squeenix account. With that deduction, log into you SE account and make sure it's even registered to allow you to play.

    Also, try using a different web browser as reports of that being a problem when trying to register.
