Ul'dah, Little Ala Mhigo -- Text -- Ronthfohc's Inconsistent Capitalization "Sultana"

When the player is in Little Ala Mhigo in Ul'dah and speaks to Ronthfohc, the following text appears:

"

Gridania and Ul'dah alike fail to

"

This is incorrect because "Sultana" should not be capitalized in this context. It appears as "sultana" throughout the rest of the in-game text.

Please fix this issue by replacing "Sultana" with "sultana".
