When the player is in the Adders' Nest in Gridania and observes the character "Sorainne Haurtelle", it is observed that this NPC's nameplate appears as follows:

This is incorrect for two reasons:
1. Every NPC throughout the game is labeled with their first name, not their last name. It is inconsistent to see this NPC labeled with its last name.
2. In the "Why Did It Have to Be Snakes" questline, Fulke refers the player to "Sorainne". However, with the current nameplate, it is unclear what NPC is being referred to.

Please fix this issue by replacing "Haurtelle" with "Sorainne".

The corrected nameplate would appear above Sorainne Haurtelle's character model as follows:
