Where is the myth gear going?

Well that's just confusing. "Myth" gear, as you call it, has all of the restrictions of AF gear, looks like AF gear, and is stronger in all the same places as AF gear. What could it possibly be other than AF gear and why should it not be treated with the same respect as AF gear? I mean, you don't see i45 AF gear being dropped from DD or AV, do you?

I don't see what's confusing about it at all. AF gear has lore behind it in the class quests. Myth gear does not.
