Thanks for the feedback, and apologies for the current state of the archive. If you access the live stream now, you will find the following info panel as the offline message:

To make it simple - despite the technical issues with the archive, we had to prioritise getting the actual live stream to everyone. The weird cuts in the archive are still a mystery to us, for instance why Twitch stopped archiving the closing ceremony right in the middle, while the live stream went on.

Our solution is the re-upload, as mentioned in the offline message above. We will then also create the highlights that you have come to expect from the NA Fan Festival.
