    To be fair, a wedding dress only looks so good on very particular body types.
    I.e. The kinds that accentuate the hips through a thinner waistline, and attend the softer flow of the breasts typically found on the female form.

    Tuxes look good on nearly all body types because they mostly hide the form. What you see is the suit. What goes on under it won't do much to complement or contrast it.

    All that being said, if you want to rock the drapes in your bulky boy bod, I see no practical reason why you shouldn't.

    Elezen men don't really have the curvature, but they do have the body of fashion model, where length and lithe help portray the look of the clothing itself more than anything.
    Lalafell are made to look cute no matter what you put them in.

    So...maybe they would pull it off a little better? In a weird way? But that's more of an apples/oranges deal.
    In any case, you should ultimately wear what you are most comfortable in.
