    I don't see the difference between this and veteran program
    Might as well close this cash shop and continue veteran program

    This is a compromise, one that SE doesn't have to do but it would be nice. "Thanks for playing, we have a cash shop but why don't you have a little treat on us".

    (difference being here you could choose from the list, rather than the item being chosen for you - and the cash shop items not being exclusive)
