    edit. NVM. Just watched the trailer and its right at the beginning during the Shiva fight. Looks less like a cape and more like coat tails. Not a fan. Ill be sticking with my glamor over it i think.

    From the 2.4 trailer. Dragoon on the right. Not liking those boots/pants either.
