    Nerf to Titan EX? Did i missed something? The only thing they did was adding Echo Buff, which still doesn't help the most ppl...

    I thought I heared they lowered his HP. I WASN't around at that time, so Echo may have been it. It is still something like a nerf, but if it was Echo, I need to rephrase the intro.
