I don't think anyone ever disagreed that that NPC was there in 2013 during the event, but then it went away and only those who were there at the time could get the items from the Salvager. Basically the issue is that you assumed this NPC would return in 2014 when the same event returned, because this had been a practice for other events. It was a reasonable assumption given that past practice, but that's the practice that has now changed (and the practice that you are opposed to).It seems as though people continue to disbelieve these NPCs existed. In other words, the disagreement was that, in your earlier posts about this, you implied that they had "taken out" this NPC, but it actually had been gone since 2013. They just didn't bring the NPC back this year as you assumed they would (and again, it's totally reasonable that you made that assumption).
