- Virtual Stuff on a Game I already pay for not once but for every Month i play it!!...

Seriously you didn't even read the first two lines of the OP.

There are plenty of other threads to post your grievances in.

they sell physical items on the SE online store not in the mogstation cash shop. that is for virtual goods. if you think you're going to find physical items there it is likely you will be disappointed.

this thread was made for suggestions for items for SE to put in that cash shop since we all pretty much know it's here to stay.

Actually the original post did say people could post about physical merchandise.

Oh another thing I would add is buyable dyes you can only get from retainers. Like the new silver, gold and jet black stuff.

This would be a good addition.

Can't think of much outside some really outlandish mount that couldn't be in the game lorewise (Cloud's motorcycle, one of the several cars Squall drove in FFVIII). Not too keen on adding hairstyles to the cash shop, but past seasonal outfits would be a plus.

The cash shop should only include 1. vanity items 2. that are also otherwise obtainable by playing the game. Nothing else. Even the current extra retainers are too much. Services such as fantasia potions (as long as they don't give you a look you can't otherwise create) and server and name changes are ok.

Real life items like this are a separate thing and I very much support them. Character figures, plushies, soundtracks etc. Just no in game items that can't be otherwise obtained in game.

They did at one point. Not sure if they do now. It wasn't cheap either but the figures looked fantastic.

They still do. The company that does it is called figureprints. Would love to see SE work out a deal with them to get them to make statues of our characters. Used to be popular RL birthday/christmas presents, if I recall.

Yeah, I just saw their site on Google after I posted that. Looks like they do stuff for Minecraft as well.

And I gave my opinion on what I would buy from such a cash shop. Just because it's a cash shop doesn't mean it can't be changed into a merch with some vanity items and similar thrown in shop - along with the basic idea that old event items might be bought there.

Things I'm OK with in the cash shop: old event items, services(name change, phantasia(though I still argue this should be buyable in game as well via some form of IG currency with maybe a once per patch limitation), server transfer)
Things I'm OK with as bundled stuff: Moggle postman plushie with the moggle postman minion
Things I'm not OK with in the cash shop: minions, mounts, most vanity items(i.e. if some content is dead and you have near no chance of ever getting that sure sell those rewards that way - or you know in game for one of the currencies)
