Give suggestions for things you'd pay RL money for

I would rather see new mounts and minions obtainable via in game not via wallet!
oh im sorry having the opportunity to work towards a mount or something is more valuable than shelling out cash because many people only have enough for bills, internet and their sub fee. So the term pay to play but you can get nice stuff if you pay? NO THANKS PASS!!!!

Physical merch, ability to register an existing physcal merch to get extra codes for mininos at a reduced price, OST, art books such things. Virtual items... not a single one.

I'll add my backing to name change here too.

Also, all those things they sell in the real life shop that don't actually need to be physical items, especially those that have in game bonus items with them. For example, the sound tracks and the new art book. I'd really love to be able to buy digital versions of those things and not have to have them mailed from overseas and all the issues that come from the snail mail system. I wouldn't care if they were DRM'ed like put in the Steam Store or somehow connected to the FFXIV launcher or something but as an Aussie this would be very much appreciated.

Also, this would be a good place to put all those virtual tickets for FanFests and the like. It should be easy to apply the bonus item codes from within the cash shop too, like the moogle outfit from this last event.

they sell physical items on the SE online store not in the mogstation cash shop. that is for virtual goods. if you think you're going to find physical items there it is likely you will be disappointed.

this thread was made for suggestions for items for SE to put in that cash shop since we all pretty much know it's here to stay.

Back to the thread at hand. I was also thinking it might be nice to have an in-game jukebox furniture and have extra tracks that you could buy in the cash shop like little mini jukebox cd's (I'd prefer if the music would play in your house constantly until changed, and ass you add tracks you could have it maybe shuffle tracks!)
Can we also get Wind-Up Mini Primals?? I'd love to have a Wind-Up Ifrit follow me around XD

If I had to choose something I'd be willing to drop irl money on, it'd probably be for my own large house plot. I've been wanting one ever since they first announced housing, though I'm afraid it'd lean too much towards the "pay to win" side due to having garden plots, etc.

Other than that, MAYBE some sort of FF-themed costume, mount, or other vanity item that I think looks really cool, but nothing really comes to mind atm.

But yeah, I must say I'm surprised that they're going more this route when the game's already "pay to play," but right now it's just vanity stuff, so it's no big deal to me.

Oh! And I'd also like them to start their own in company Kickstarter like crowdfunding system and allow players to donate towards specific things such as servers, privately instanced housing for the masses, tackleboxes, etc. It may not quite fit in a cash shop concept but dang it SE needs to invest more money in things that are currently being ignored and if they don't wanna they should at least let those who are passionate about it help them get there.

Note: I'm not saying Person X pays money and only they get the things mentioned above, I'm saying everyone gets access to the content once it is fully funded and it's up to as many people as are passionate about getting it to fund it.

This would be nice. With a choice of pose.

Maybe some cool RL T-shirts similar to the I beat Odin T-shirts given out at the Fanfest.
