    I have a GTX 580 and I can't run this bugger on the highest settings without it stuttering like crazy. And forget Ambient Occlusion and Dept of Field......

    Set "General Drawing Quality" to 8 and put the game on a fast HDD.

    with general quality to 8 you can maxx all out (with draw distance too) (AA too..but i don't like the effect, then i don't use)
