New Jobs/Classes for the future maybe?

My friend and I were talking about new jobs. Since we already know the DPS class is rogue/ninja, and we know a tank and healer are coming these were our thoughts. Tank class would be Soldier and its job would be Dark Knight. It would use a great sword, it's survivability would rely on parry and absorb like skills and would be str based. Healer wise we were thinking about engineer as the class and chemist as the job. It would of course and would be dex based. Of course it would use things like potions. That includes blinding, paralyzingly, etc. they would get a trait that doubles the amount of hp/mp potions and ethers recover and a skill to make them aoe. I think the support job you'd need for this should be alchemist 15 because by then you can make the basic potions on your own so you wouldn't have to buy them. I thought engineer as the base class because in the fight were you are defending the magiteck armor Cid fights with you and uses a hand gun. Just a thought.

Parry only works if the enemies are attacking you. Which means it's worthless on DPS (look at Keen Flurry on LNC).

Heres what I was thinking for new jobs.

Red Mage - Buffer, and Regen/Shield healer (use shields and regen to keep tanks and dps at full health)

Ranger - Uses a rifle, one with animals/beasts/monsters of eoreza and able to tame them to fight side by side.

Beast master - This one is kind of different, transforms into different beasts, being a healer, dps, or tank.

Samurai - Idk, Ive always pictured Samurai as DPS and not tanks. but as DPS sam would be easily implemented into the game.

Dark Knight - Now I was thinking DPS then I thought about (don't kill me) Blood Death Knights from WoW, and thought we could make Dark Knight into a Tank

This is it for now, Please feel free to discuss, add jobs you think would fit. and why.

Read up on Final Fantasy XI since most of the jobs I see on this are from that. He copies the jobs and changes them slightly.

They aren't going consumables for classes/jobs. Would really suck if the healer forgets potions in retainer in an instance based game.

Something I completely glossed over. Although, it reminds me of what Warrior used to be....garbage.

I'd like to see Fencers, being a Rapier wielding dps/healer styled job.

DRK has been hinted at US fanfest, and if he makes it a tank i will cry, DPS please, that is what DRK always has been!
