    You don't need co-ownership. There should be one owner, but you should be able to grant access to your friends and you can select the level access, be it garden, stable, decorations, furniture and private rooms, and the limit should be be small on the order of 10 or so. LS plus a house should not become a replacement for a FC.

    No, there should be co-ownership or NO ownership of medium and large houses.
