    Yeah. But it's popped at (21,10) 3 of the 5 times I've fought it. Maybe just bad luck. But my understanding is that hunt marks do have a few particular areas they pop at. I could be wrong on this.

    they can't pop "anywhere on the map". They do have fixed spawn points.
    However, OLN takes absurdity to new heights: how the hell are the A and S rank able to fit down there?
