I see all sorts of different classes die, primarily it's MNK and BLM but even so it's getting pathetic now, and SE making that 8-bit Titan video just increased everyones 'loldrg' boner attitude.

I guess not a lot of people are going to be playing 3.0 then since it focuses on Dragoons vs Dragons 'cos y'know they suck and all...

Yeah It sure is funny. Especially when a DRG dies bacause the healer won't heal the unavoidable damage just for them to die and keep the joke going.
The only reason people claim Dragoons are bad is because more people play them, but Monks die just as much. They have the same risk factor minus the animation lock of jump.
I can't count the amount of times I've seen a Monk die. But nobody pokes fun at them huh? :P
And before you say anything yes I play Monk too.

IMO - Derplander appears to be dressed as a Holy Dragoon (Visual similarities based on the EX Mode Holy Strength Kain from Dissidia?) - and that weapon appears to be Abel's Lance (Holy Dragoon Relic?)

Definitely looks Tankish, with those claws, close armor, and .....that sexy helmet.
