Frankly this game hands everything out like candy and makes the ease of completing quests and endgame amazingly simple.
Let's look at this reasonably for a moment.
The only real roadblock for players are the players themselves. With them nerfing content every three months, giving the echo and so on there is little reason for ppl not to complete content other than they themselves do not want to put any effort into it at all or they have such busy real lives that an mmo doesn't fit.
On Sargatanas there are threads and pf groups up quite often with learning parties and groups looking for raiders. We even are forming groups in our fc for those who still need coil1, ex, ct/st, and soon scob. Sure sometimes its like slamming your head into a wall learning the content, but even the hardcore raiders had to do the same thing and with the ease of access to i100-i110 gears there is little reason outside being a new player to not be geared to the teeth this long after i100+ gear was released. If your personal schedule only allows you to play a game from 7-8:15pm on mon wed and sat, than that is your personal schedule and you could try to get into a group in that time but its silly to expect SE to change their entire game design for it. That's when you may have to come to terms with an mmo just not fitting in with your life atm and maybe want to look to more single player games for fulfillment. It stinks but sometimes life gets in the way of a lot of things you enjoy but not everything can be changed because of it.
When it comes to content like coil and if you do not have super heavy restrictions to your schedule that are not conducive with an mmo the only roadblock is you. Advertise what jobs you have, when you are available and what you are looking for. There is little reason outside of a bad attitude for you not to find a group if you do not have personal roadblocks.
When it comes to things like story completion, well that is all on you. The main scenario/class quests are so incredibly simple they can be breezed thru and yes you may have to wait on a party to complete a dungeon but there are other things you can do while you wait. Lvl another class, craft, gather, finish other quests...its an mmo there are a mountain of things to do. If you are so hell bent on coil, make some time for it and understand you are not going to get a win your first few tries.
And do not expect other ppl to do things for you. I just had a couple ppl rage quit my fc because I was not setting up learning pts for them, I was not helping them get thru content, I was not doing this or that for them while working around their restrictive schedules but they did nothing on their own. They just expected daddy fc leader to do all the hard work for them and got upset when I stopped even trying to make them happy. The most hilarious part was they were upset I was further along then they are because they expect me to put aside my progression and not do any scob until they were caught up. Sorry baby needs a bottle and I'm not heating one up. I had a raid for them, had to leave to go home for my fathers final few days and then his funeral and they let it fall apart because no one wanted to step up. They are still stuck because they did not want to put any effort into it themselves. They would literally log in and go afk for hrs while I was supposed to put stuff together for them. Nope. A fc leader cannot do it all, that's why ppl in the fc need to step up and take leadership roles... But oh my I am tangenting, lets get back on the subject at hand.
If everyone was able to get wins so easily, there wouldn't be a reason to play at all. And believe me, after trying and trying and trying to get a win when you finally do the feeling is amazing, even if its just one of relief.
You could literally put just a handful of hours a week into this game and still be on par with the heaviest of raiders. That is the problem here.
