Honestly I hope not. It would be nice to let NPCs that have some importance actually have their own style so they're not so....what's the word....useless? dull? flat? lol, every NPC in this game is so forgettable and just feel like they were thrown through a randomizer for appearance at times. Only a few seem memorable and not surprisingly it's because they existed before ARR.

If I were mocking you, trust me, you would know - My point is, if you're against exclusive designs for NPCs...you seem to have forgotten for at least a year if we're talking strictly ARR, plenty of NPCs have exclusive armor. It's gear "people want" but it doesn't mean it's gear "you're entitled to." Let's not forget every MMORPG that exists today players don't have access to every set of armor that exists in a game and some only NPCs have because it was designed strictly for them.

My only complaint is I absolutely hate Shiva's outfit... I just can't take it seriously lol. It just looks silly and rather slutty. Everything else looks great though, especially the new crafter sets. ^^

Let's not bring in the 'slutty discussion' because definition of 'slutty' is subjective. We've had 4 years of that discussion since XIV 1.x when it came to people considering swimsuits slutty and I can promise you if you go to the beach you're not going to be considering everyone wearing a bikini wearing something "slutty"
