Tired raiding SCH looking for a proven T9 kill capable group to sub me in

Interesting logic, however.. There is no I in team..It's a team not a solo fight. You see we work and coordinate correctly, unlike your fail group that ur leaving... Because if you understood the logic in that you wouldn't be running around asking to be carried.

So simple terms, We work as a team to excel in our victories

People standing in bad stuff when they know better? DPS not killing green golem before switch despite my use of selene, and SCH dps when I know they're capable of more? People dropping meteors on top of each other when they know better? People getting devoured, killed by blighted, and acid rain when they know better?

It's all out of my hands. Teamwork does not cover for individual mistakes people should not make to something they know.

You guys could have great teamwork, and know the fight, but if individual members take turns messing up something critical each attempt when you know that responsibility is all on them, how would you feel?

Maybe you're right. Maybe there's some... force of teamwork missing to encourage people to not take acid rain showers despite a callout in mumble. I just see people who know better than that, take turns failing at it. Neither the team, or myself can't do anything more for them besides swiftcast + res. Is there something I'm not doing that could prevent that? Is there something the team is not doing to prevent that?

Should I really feel guilty about wanting to run with people who keep stuff like this to a minimum?

If you really wanted people to believe in your capabilities, then perhaps it's not in your best interest to display your autism so openly. Do you really not see the difference between working on content with your team of players with similar expertise and joining an existing group of 7 experienced players who have the content on farm? How do you have the audacity to even proclaim such things?

I'd like to keep going with my current group, but that shameful display in T6 last night from the people I was working on T9 with isn't encouraging. Especially considering the past week and a half of our original static WHM going MIA without a word, throwing away a chance to be in a T9 group for the sake of this group, and having to teach a new WHM everything about coil 2 now.

I've given everything I could to the team at this point. I'm literally at a loss. I don't know what more can I do for them as long as they insist on making the aforementioned mistakes. If you know what I can do to make these people not make these mistakes, I am all ears (or eyes, w/e). Please, tell me.

If your group is the problem and it's not you, then prove it.

I want to see PoV videos and some parses. I want to see something more than talk from you. Stream an appreciable number of attempts and post the related ACT parses and if it really isn't your fault, then I can almost guarantee someone will pick you up, but talk is cheap.

If you choose to keep at it, it might be worth having someone announce the critical parts of the fight. Things like calling an incoming Lunar Dynamo, which Golem to focus on, that the red Golem is about to spit it's nasty AoE. Stuff like this is obvious for the farm groups but for progression groups, constant announcements in voice go a long way. They'll become even more vital in the final phase progression.

If the DPS are still not putting out enough and are unwilling to improve/react to mechanics I'd recommend server hopping to a T9 raid group looking for a SCH. Especially if the Malboro endgame community is anything like it is represented in this thread.

Anyway Ava, you knew very well that when you left Hyperion after another drama that Malboro was a mid server. Quality top raiders are few here. To vent that you got caught playing with filthy casuals is simply disrespectful to the people you have raided months with. They to want that T9 as much as you do, and got screwed out just like you did with your WHM disappeared.
With how things are now, you already getting a bad reputation for all this, so it's up to you how you want to proceed.

Unfortunately, those of us who are the most vocal are the ones leaving the impression. The end-game community is extremely small on our server, so finding people with the right attitude is sometimes a little rough.
Ava, I know we have met many times and discussed end-game, and I'm sorry you are still struggling to find a group you are comfortable with, but the advice Nova gives is probably the best advice given so far. I would also suggest jumping on next week when the new patch hits with its influx of returning players, and maybe try to put a group together during that time.

Lulz This post is funny... I haven't passed t9 yet but I shall learn it as well. I guess you could say I was kinda carried through t8 but at least the group was also teaching me as well. I dun like being carried through anything. But to say that you as an individual is carrying 7 other ppl is hilarious.
