There's two escort FATEs in Southern Thanalan which have sequential large battles with multiple enemies spawning over the course of the escort, which will scale up gradually as you complete it. These are initiated by players at 19,35 and at 17,17. Please test clearing out these FATEs over and over on your individual servers if you can and see if it yields any results. I often see these FATEs get overlooked while all other FATEs get cleared, so this is the reasoning behind this idea.

Yes, the more people and the faster the mobs die, the more mobs will spawn from these escorts. A full party of 8 should be sufficient.
