    As both crafter and fighter I would like them add choc armour with stats, maybe even materia slots. I'd love to be able to gear up my choc with meaningful hq gear that affects its performance.

    I would go for this, but I'd want the gear to be able to be hidden or glamoured. I really don't like body pieces on my chocobo. It was totally naked until I got the Odin barding, I only use head and feet though.
