Now, when you have designed the game to pick and choose what is working as you intended to then determine what is or is not working properly, then yes, you can claim it as broken. This doesn't make it "broken" and the fact you are still trying to use that word only reinforces that you do not know what the word means. If you were told one system was going to be implemented and it wasn't but rather another one was, that's what it is, just another system. It's not "broken", it's just different. So, yeah, um...

TL;DR:Still don't know what broken means.
