I kinda figured it would end up taking i90-100+ retainers to get this stuff since I haven't seen anything yet and people that I know that have gotten stuff have said their retainers were higher than i90.
My ilevel 80 CNJ retainer has brought me back 8 new dyes in total so far, (6 blacks, 2 whites). My ilevel 100+ THM likes to only bring back housing items <_<

So yes, i80 is perfectly fine for the new dyes.
