    You can get em, I got two of the Metallic Silver Dye and used one for my character but have no use for the other and wanted to sell it but SE made it so it's untradable and the only way to even sell it to someone is to dye the object they wanted dyed then trade it back to them, I don't know why SE decided to make it hard for us but whatever I suppose.
