Hard time getting groups for EX Primals or Turn 5, unsure what to do.

So, I've been working on catching up on gear and stuff, but I'm havinga hard time also getting the clears I need to get to other content. I've found it impossible for example to find a party to work on getting my Titan EX clear (so i can work towards other primals) DF, PF or otherwise. DF queue are way too long for it. PFs for it are rare, and when a PF does pop up I'm not allowed to come unless I've cleared before.

The same has been with trying to get my Turn 5 clear or to even get practice on Twin. I never see Twin pop up on PF anymore at all, and I don't know how messy it'd be in DF if I don't rn into the "nobody does it on DF" problem Titan has. a few times I've seen it but nearly all T5 PFs requre a lot of experience/clears etc. so it seems like I won't even be able to do 2nd Coil even when I do get the gear I need which I have been working on.

You're on the same server I am! I'd be happy to help you clear T5 sometime. My static does run farm parties often for T5 and EX primals (usually out of boredom or cause someone wants a weapon or other gear for a new job class). PM me ingame sometime. I should be on most of the day tomorrow, though I'll be super busy during the hunt cycle. If you're in the Pink Panthers LS, I'm also in there along with some people from my static. ^^

Anyway, we can talk about stuff like how much of the fight you already know and go from there. :3

I'm honestly still working on Titan EX myself. I've been to 1% but not yet gotten the clear.

I see you are on Sargatanas. I does Titan Extreme with Friends in Duty Finder sometime for the fun and the extra 100 Myth Tomb.

I can help you out. Add me on Friend List when I'm on and we can do Titan Extreme and Turn 5. This contents isn't that hard.

Here's a suggestion that might help you: join DF if they happen to be on Relic Nexus bonus window opened. Majority of them will be filled with high-geared players farming their nexus and the fight would be finished fast.

It's a shame but Fights like EX titan and EX Ifrit just have no place anymore. Their gear sucks and you don't need them for progressing to Ramuh.

For some classes, the EX Primal weapon is better than the Relic Zenith, and it's still a decent alternative for those who don't want to do it for alt classes. Even once Soldiery becomes uncapped, gathering up 1300 for a Weathered weapon will still take some time, too.

But yes, they're getting quickly obsoleted and 2.4 is really going to make it even more noticeable. I'd like to see some of the more fatal mechanics nerfed to Not Complete Nonsense and then it put into a roulette (because let's face it - echo and i120+ gear can only make up for so many healers who don't realise they've got the exploding debuff on them and stand on your party in Ifrit EX, and if EX Primals remain deadly enough that people have a low opinion of success rate with randoms, then nobody'll do an EX roulette))

Anyway, to the OP: I know the feeling, being quite late to the party myself. Try to round up buds from linkshells or your FC, or pop up Party Finder yourself and set up. If there's no parties, make your own!

I do wish they put in Duty Roloute Extreme Primal. Just increased the bonus of Myth Earn to 200 and 100 Soldiery. This will get a lot of people do it and actually stick around to clear it. It also benefits everyone especially players that need clear on it. Like everyone said, right now it served no purpose and the content is so obsolete and will even get more overtime. It's a shame since the ex primals are so fun to do especially Titan Ex, and Levi Ex. Hate Ramuh Rx and Moogle ex though.

What? I'm guessing you missed this post from the OP:

I'm in an FC right now that is apparently "working on twin" but from the raid schedule, this week's raid which I thought was T5, turned into T4 recently. Maybe they don't think they can get a kill and are giving up? idk.
