All this complaining about rng "not being fair"... it is the ultimate in fairness. "Chance" is unbiased.

What wouldn't be fair would be giving the last cookie to one person, just because. What IS fair, is everyone rolling dice to see who gets the last cookie.

But SE has plenty of cookies for you. You just have to roll a high enough score.
