The vast majority of us done yet have put put up with the endless spam so your solution only works in a perfect land of butterlies and fairies.

In the real erozea of course there is some segment of the population that will always take this route if they perceive it as low riskand percieve I as giving some sort of advantage.

They could certainly help reduce it if they can convince buyers that this is a high risk activity likely to get you banned (I dont know the numbers but this does not seem to be the case currently).
