I can vouch for Leviathan. Been there since Phase 3.
I have some friends there but I don't talk anymore to em lol, but in terms of community I believe Balmung was way better. In Levi; I only noticed there's too many small FC's
and the fact one specific guild with a Primal name...keeps spamming the holy hell out of me...and people ninja add you to FC's without word
a lot. That's just my experience though, I still like it...Anyway with Balmung:
It sold me was when I was just in Gridania, and some guy in a Snowman outfit gave me a Cookie [The Vivi shaped one] and
some mulled tea. I'll never forget that. xD I still have the cookie and tea in my retainer. :')
I like the people RPing, and people asked me if I wanted to join FC, and I get some waves here and there just by random.
I'm going back to Balmung, I loved the people.
