This is a fantastic watch. I definitely recommend everyone here take a look. The problems we have are very related to what he talks about. I hope everyone takes a second to take a look at it.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fpbOEoRrHyU thought this was informative and funny at same time.
You should upgrade from dial-up. I hear it isn't too good anymore.
I have a very fast internet connection but also have to pay for WTFast just to log in. It's disappointing having to spend $19 a month to play this. I have subbed 3 months and realized I could have bought another game entirely. In fact I wasted several days of my free trial not being able to play because to me I have never heard of needing another service to play a game. Also there were a ton of complaints online about the same issue and a lot of people were just speculating that the servers were too busy.
I have played Eq, Eq2, Aion, TSW, Tera, GW2, WoW, etc and this is the ONLY game I need to pay extra for just to log in. Since I don't have much time to play I am seriously thinking of abandoning the game as well as it doesn't provide the same value as other games I enjoy.

The thing that is SEs fault is that they don't have or have a very bad prediction system in place when lag does happen.
It's not much that can be done about those 5+ sec lag spikes, but those that are around 1 sec could be have a movement prediction system in place.
