lol, Xirony...
I did say I can't push high numbers on BRD. I didn't say BRD can't push numbers. I'll stick to healing, bruh!

I ran multiple Ramuh X with you the other night/morning. Not only did you put up on par dps numbers vs a HA bard and a Nexus Bard (both of whom are good players) while you yourself were using an i100 weapon, you still managed to play mechanics very well without being in teamspeak with the rest of us. Things such as grabbing the leftover orb after a tank swap without being told to via voice chat. Cleansing a few of my members that got caught by themselves with chaotic strike without being told to.
From my limited experience you're a capable player and personally should just keep your head up, and disregard asshats like Xirony Oni.
Work on bard rotations, possibly macro' bloodletter onto your other weaponskills to simplify button presses especially since you play on a controller.
Look into ways to optimize your cross hotbars such as keeping all weapon skills and off gcd attacks on face buttons. and buffs and other cooldowns on directional pad buttons. these will help with possible delays from transitioning crosshotbar layouts, and being able to spam e.g. heavyshots and bloodletters at the same time.
Memorize fights so you can continually produce high dps, (as long as you putting out acceptable dps and content dies nothing else should matter). Learn how and when to multi dot venom and wind to help proc bloodletters. You'll be just fine.

Depends on what my static needs, i may switch to either MNK/DRG np. That being said, DRG is my main and MNK is my 2nd (although that may switch places in 2.4). So OP, although my MNK DPS would outdps my DRG DPS due to DRG mechanic "flaws", i still love it esp due to the fact its more satisfying playing a class with more shortcomings and it always have the best nice looking gears!
The amount of sugar coating in this post disgusts me. Why must you inflate horrible players' ego to the point that they become delusional? His damage was subpar compared to a Nexus Bard who has only done Ramuh maybe twice and a HA Bard who has only really been maining Bard for the past month and half or so. I also suggest that you should check out the dictionary definition of what on par means, because it certainly does not mean 10-30% less in comparison.I ran multiple Ramuh X with you the other night/morning. His performance in mechanics is comparable to even Duty Finder groups my friends and I have been encountering in recent weeks and I would argue you're the one who should be disregarded based both on how out of touch with the pug scene you are and like you stated, your limited experience with him.Things such as grabbing the leftover orb after a tank swap without being told to via voice chat. If you ever bothered to take some of your time to read what Jim wrote in this thread, you would know that he already uses all the macros you talk about and they have been suggested once or twice every page.Work on bard rotations, possibly macro' bloodletter onto your other weaponskills to simplify button presses especially since you play on a controller.

Finally, I once again applaud your attempts to give advices, but all it shows is how ignorant you are of his situation as they have all been suggested as well.
