Most people seem to assume that it was Urth, but if I remember correctly, there is nothing in the information we've been given so far that definitively confirms it was Urth who actually sealed the Dark Divinity.

Full text of the dialogue from the quest chain can be found here.

A summary of events was provided by the thread starter:

    • Odin is known as "The Dark Divinity"
    • Bowlord Lewin asks for your help, as there have been multiple sightings of a dark rider in the Twelveswood
    • After confirming the sightings, Lewin sends you to O-App-Pesi at Quarrymill for further information
    • O-App-Pesi informs you that Odin slew the queen, Urth, and her people
    • Odin was eventually slain by an Allagan hero, and was sealed away in the crystal located in Urth's Fount
    • When you investigate his shattered crystal prison, you must defeat a soul called "The Last of the Allagan"
    • Upon inspecting the crystal, you find a stone that indicates Odin is indeed free of his prison
    • When the stone is shown to O-App-Pesi, he tells you that it was shattered from the inside
    • (I can't remember who says this, Pesi or the Conjurer) You learn that it's odd that Odin is remaining in the Shroud
    • The only record of Odin are from ancient Allag
    • Urianger makes a cryptic reference to only knowing one side of history, and asks us to find out the rest of the truth ourselves
We also know that Odin says, "Urth--one day, I will find thee", if you fail to defeat him during his FATE appearances in the Shroud.

And if you do defeat him, he says, rather ominously: "Thou knowest not thy folly. Forfeit is thy walking soul..."

In short, we seem to know only that Odin is searching for Urth, whom he reportedly killed, but we don't know why for sure.

According to O-App-Pesi, Odin slew Urth, along with "multitudes of her people".

The great Allag hero who battled Odin came along only later, as O-App-Pesi said: "At long a great hero of Allag did arise to do battle with the dark god. Odin was slain, and his spirit sealed within a forest spring."
