What is SEs facination with the Boondocks

Was in the middle of my second Company quest for Limsa and lo and behold I am off to Coerthas. Why am I being forced to spend an hour of my time trying to get there for what will probably be a minor. These trips are common for all quest at relatively low levels. How difficult is it for SE to devise a more reasonable progression of travel. As it is now I will continuie to but these quests as well as all the others on hold until there is some form of alternate transportation. Hopefully this will be Chocobos in 1.19.

I feel your pain about the time sink, but in my case the space filled by frustration in yours was taken by excitement to see the new area, and a sense of adventure.

I agree with OP, Bookdocks is a great show, Riley is hilarious, and Thugnificent is a very funny name(as is gangstalicious and eat dirt)

on topic of references... I LOVE SE's Reference to my favorite band, Modest Mouse
with the NPC "Immodest Mouse" in Aleport, and the first line out of his mouth is "The Ocean Breathes Salty"
