Monk - Ranged "Pulling" Ability

Eh, no want chi blast. Too generic.

Change Rock breaker from a cone AOE, to our ranged ability. Monk squats down, heave's up a massive piece of earth, and lobs it at the enemy. Add in a flip too. Save the chi effect for another aoe on self that applies a dot. Like Circle of scorn, but awesome monk style instead.

Except that people who actually use rock breaker for aoe would vehemently oppose this change. Terrible idea.
